and i lost .3kg this week.
still heavier than me original starting weight, i'm not 73.9

...that I will start tracking again!!

Today is the 1st day of the rest of my tracking life!!

I have come to realise (habit: learning from experience) that when i don't track, i don't lose weight. I can't even come close to being in control if I don't acknowledge everything that I eat!

So... this is my pledge...
Good or bad, i will record every morsel, taste, lick, sip and bite that passes my lips.

Be accountable!!!
That's what it all comes down to!!

I weighed in at 74.2 last night. wow. heavier than my joining weight. xmas and nye took its toll!!
but yeah... i was planning on being good last night but forgot that it was emilys bday bbq so i went to that. only had half a snag and a hamburger, and was pretty smug until i had ice cream cake. so yeah, 31 points yesterday.

on another bad note, i just ordered indian for lunch!!

but we're doing steak and salad tonight so i should be alright!

had 4 glasses already today, i'm getting better at this whole water thing!

New Years Resolution

So my new years resolution is to get serious about my weight loss... well actually, its to get serious about my health more than anything!! So I've started this journal in addition to my [info]raven_mon
Tonight I'm going back to my ww meeting after a several weeks off.... i suspect that i will be heavier now than when i first started in July... how easiy you can undo lots of hard work!!!!!!!!
Today wasn't the greatest start, apple+banana+coffee for breakfast, two carrots for a snack, but Vietnamese for lunch!! I had two vegetarian rice paper rolls and egg noodle soup with prawns so i didn't do too bad (everyone else had sweet and sour stuff! evil!) but i'll have to go easy on the dinner tonight, might try and keep it a no carb meal! Just spoke to TheBoyfriend and it looks like steak and salad!!
I still haven't decided if i'll try NoCount or not... i'm not sure its suited to me....
But yeah, my meeting is tonight, I'll post my starting weight tomorrow!!!
